By having a strong relationship with our suppliers and by using their expertise in agriculture and the industry, we can ensure the cattle, sheep and pigs we source are from the highest quality sustainable farms. With Quality assured standards come quality products.

We are members of the Eblex Food Quality Assurance Farm Assured scheme (Red Tractor) which ensures that all of our fresh meat is sourced through British farmers. These standards contain combined guarantees of food safety, animal welfare, care for the environment and eating quality. In addition we source the majority of our meat through West Country farms & suppliers so your food is fresh & tasty to the table.
